Unlike Alcatel-Lucent and Nortel, who were awarded $128 million and $135 million contracts respectively, Huawei did not reveal the value of its contract with Leap. Huawei was named a Leap vendor last August when the operator tapped it to build out its CDMA networks in Boise, Idaho; Spokane, Wash.; and Reno, Nev.
