WFI's Risk Management tool is based upon an IRIS software backbone that can be customized for any carrier. The risk management tool accepts risk variable inputs to generate scenarios for optimum decision-making and business guidance, helping to define quantifiable risk measures across a carrier's project or program, WFI said.

Once all of the variables have been entered, the tool computes associated risk and assigns values for corresponding decisions. WFI said the tool is intended to supplement end-to-end network and deployment services for telecom customers.

The focus on risk management is also one part of the company's new technology consulting practice, which also offers project management, marketing consulting, business planning and transformation, due diligence and advanced technologies. WFI is targeting its consulting services to existing and potential new customers across the EMEA region.
