The duplexer offers antenna-to-receive rejection of 50dB minimum from dc to 2,300MHz, 55dB minimum from 2,460MHz to 6,000MHz, while transmit-to-antenna rejection provides a 55dB minimum from dc to 2,420MHz and 50dB minimum from 2,580MHz to 6,000MHz.
For information, call 410-749-2424.
*Battery Pack The NM48250 NiMH rechargeable battery pack from Battery Specialties is rated at 12Vdc at 4Ah.
Designed to power portable equipment, the NM48250 weighs 1.4 pounds and measures 25/8"x 31/2"x17/16". Recharge time to 100% capacity is two hours on fast charge, with special charge-control circuit.
For information, call 800-854-5759.
*Multiplexer The DPMUX-2048BT multiplexer from DNE Technologies allows a central operator to control and configure a remote multiplexer in locations where a local operator is not available or practical. Remote configurations can be downloaded to the multiplexer so that communications continue uninterrupted. Other features include voice tandeming, flexible timing options, built-in test and loopback capabilities, and asymmetric operations.
The multiplexer supports both digital and analog user interfaces as well as a wide variety of system timing configurations. The unit is available as a 7-inch high rack-mount version with as many as 16 user interfaces or as a 14-inch high rack-mount version that supports as many as 32 interfaces.
For information, call 203-265-7151.
*Pager Tester The Tescom TC-1101A pager tester from CPR Technology integrates all test functions required to test, align, re-crystal and repair pagers. Features include a signal generator, Flex/POCSAG encoder, IF generator, frequency counter and AC millivoltmeter. A built-in RS-232 computer interface allows for automated testing and pager label applications.
For information, call 718-783-6000.
*Mobile Antenna Base The Base 2000 XL from Allgon Mobile Communications is compatible with 14mm and 19mm holes, giving you greater freedom of choice when you decide to upgrade your external antennas. All radiators used with the Base 2000 are compatible with the Base 2000 XL, which means that the base is prepared for single-band systems and dual-band applications such as GSM/DCS and AMPS/PCS.
For information, call 46-8-540-822-00.
*Network Analyzer The HP 8753E vector network analyzer from Hewlett-Packard (HP) measures the critical performance parameters of RF components up to seven times faster than HP's previous analyzer, the HP 8753D. An external VGA monitor now can be added for better visibility of displayed data. Although the HP 8753E is shorter and lighter than the HP 8753D, it has the same height and width for compatibility with rack-mount systems. For transition to the HP 8753E, the front-panel features and HB-IB programming code remain the same as HP's previous model. Capability for simultaneous display of all four S-parameters is expected in June.

*Adapters GL Communications introduces its Laptop T1 and Laptop E1 adapters. The products connect to laptop, notebook and desktop computers via a PCMCIA card or a parallel port and provide telecommunications testing and monitoring tools within a Windows 95 environment.
For information, visit the web site at www.gl.com/glcomm/, or call 301-670-4784.
*Power Meter/Analyzer Boonton Electronics' RF peak power meter/analyzer, Model 4500A, covers the 1MHz to 40GHz frequency range. It can capture as many as 500,000 samples per second in single channel mode. A second input channel is available that permits simultaneous monitoring of two sources, such as input and output power, at 250,000 samples per second.
Model 4500A can make time domain measurements as well as statistical measurements on a continuously sampled RF signal. The unit also can perform triggered pulse measurements, including pulse width, period and power, dynamic range, long-term peak-to-average power between markers, and power ratios.
For information, call 201-386-9696.
*Pager NEC America's Beacon Data Pager is an alphanumeric pager that allows users to transfer data such as schedules, addresses and phone numbers to and from their PCs or another Beacon pager. It uses Flex messaging protocol and features a large display screen -- eight lines by 21 characters.
