• Puerto Rican carrier MoviStar, a joint venture of ClearComm and Telefónica Móviles, will deploy TruePosition's network-based location technology. Deployment will begin in San Juan and will allow the carrier to provide FCC-compliant E-911 service. In a separate deal, Cingular also will use TruePosition's time-difference-of-arrival location technology in portions of its network.
