Beyond the Bundle: The real value in quadruple play

Service providers initially used triple play and quadruple play bundles to create "sticky" services and reduce customer churn by offering single bills and multiple product discounts. They are now looking for new ways to leverage their investment in network technologies deployed to deliver bundled services.

One major new opportunity lies in mining the data service providers are acquiring on customer usage and preferences to develop and deliver more targeted services, including advertising, that closely fit the needs of individual customers.
