Kineto's architecture addresses the burgeoning market for residential and corporate enterprise in-building integrated voice and data solutions. Intellinet's Accelero signaling framework helps Kineto's INC-5501 achieve interoperability with the mobile switching centers from various infrastructure vendors, as well as support for SIGTRAN and SIP.
"The in-building market is coming into the limelight," said Arun Handa, vice president of product management at IntelliNet. "There is now a need for the voice and data integration at the micro level. We make the small cell environment talk to the macro environment."
Kineto's MoWLAN solution enables service providers to leverage VoIP and WLANs to deliver mobile voice and data services indoors at low cost. By deploying a MoWLAN solution, service providers can allow their subscribers to roam seamlessly between mobile networks and WLANs with a single handset for voice and data services. The vendor is demonstrating its architecture at the 3GSM show.
The Kineto Innovation Partner Program, which includes technology licensing and market development activities, focuses on fostering strategic partnerships between Kineto and companies in the device, chipset, handset, software and infrastructure markets.
