Delacourt will become a deputy bureau chief with oversight of matters before the bureau’s broadband division and its spectrum & competition policy division. Previously, Delacourt was the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau’s chief of staff and associate bureau chief.

"As chief of staff, Scott has provided valuable leadership and counsel during an eventful year for the Bureau--including a reorganization and an active policy agenda," said Muleta. "I am pleased to have someone of his talents to address the challenges of this new portfolio."

Delacourt’s former position will be filled by D’wana Terry, who previously served as chief of the bureau’s public safety and critical infrastructure division. Micheal Wilhelm will replace Terry after serving as the public safety and critical infrastructure division’s legal deputy chief.
