Vycera opens new call center in Mexico

Vycera Communications has opened a second call center in Tijuana to handle the growing traffic the carrier is taking across the U.S.-Mexico border. A local and long-distance carrier focused on Spanish-speaking customers in the U.S., Vycera said its first Mexico call center—also in Tijuana—has been almost overwhelmed since opening its doors in February. With the new facility, Vycera has 250 bilingual customer care staff to handle Latin America-bound calls and customer inquiries.
