Voip Telecom to buy Global Holdings
Voip Telecom announced today that it plans to acquire and reverse-merge Global Holdings into the company, pending shareholder approval.

When the reverse merger is complete, Voip Telecom will no longer have any telecom-related assets or liabilities, and Global Holdings will become the sole entity of Voip Telecom. Global Holdings will operate as a holding company, with divisions in manufacturing, mechanical services, and engineering for the refractory manufacturing and related refractory businesses, which provides products and services for industrial process vessels.--Amalia D.
