VoIP issues on the FCC agenda

In one, the commission is scheduled to issue a ruling on a declaratory petition from Pulver.com regarding the regulatory classification of IP-to-IP calls. In addition, the FCC is scheduled to issue its much-anticipated notice of proposed rulemaking on VoIP, as well as other IP services and applications.

Separately, the commission will consider a notice for proposed rulemaking concerning changes to regulations governing Broadband-over-Power-Line systems.
