UTStarcom: We're number two
UTStarcom is the world's second-largest provider of DSLAM products for the second quarter of 2003, according to separate reports from both Infonetics Research and Synergy Research Group. UTStarcom shipped more than 794,000 ports, representing approximately 10% of the overall DSLAM market, according to Infonetics. In the IP-DSLAM category, which is significantly more popular in the Asian market, UTStarcom leads with 62% of ports shipped and 61% of revenue.
