UTC Names Associate Counsel
The Legal/Regulatory Department of the United Telecom Council hired Pace A. Duckenfield as a new Associate Counsel for the council. Duckenfield was brought on to address the competitive telecommunication and private wireless needs of member organizations.

Duceknfield previously served on the Alliance for Public Technology, where he was Staff Counsel. Before joining the Alliance for Public Technology, Duckenfield held positions with the Office of Staff Counsel at the Maryland Public Service Commission and the Local Markets and Enforcement Division of MCI WorldCom.
