Telmar acquired
Private equity firm Lightyear Capital today announced that its Lightyear Fund, L.P., has acquired Telmar Network Technology, which remanufactures and distributes a variety of telecom hardware for carriers. Financial terms were not disclosed though Telmar recorded revenues of $102 million in its last fiscal year.
