Set-top market set for takeoff
The market for set-top box software including embedded operating systems and middleware will grow to nearly $800 million in 2008, according to a study by In-Stat/MDR. Among the study’s other findings are that a report from In-Stat/MDR also reveals that by 2008, Europe will be the largest regional market followed by Asia.
