Santera completes Osmine process
Santera Systems announced it has finished Telcordia's Osmine Services process for the MARCH and NMA Systems for Class 5 interfaces and functionality.

Santera, which has been trying to crack into one of the RBOC networks for two years, should get a boost from completion of the Osmine effort since few tier-one carriers will buy core switching equipment from vendors that have not completed the process.
Telcordia's MARCH System is used to translate customer service order information into switch provisioning commands that can be sent automatically to targeted voice switches on the appropriate date and time.
Santera completed the first phases of Osmine for TIRKS and SWITCH Systems in June.
