REMEC plans fixed wireless access system
REMEC is literally picking up where the defunct Spike Broadband Systems left off. Having purchased Spike’s assets in January, REMEC is ready to go with an end-to-end wireless system design in the 3.5 and 2.5 GHz ranges.

REMEC’s system integrates the antenna. Transceiver and modem within an outdoor unit that eliminates the need to bring expensive coaxial equipment into the building and allows for programming of RF and IF gains for optimal link margins.
