Redback announces Verizon contract renewal
Optical networking provider Redback Networks announced today that Verizon Communications has renewed its contract to deploy the Redback SMS platform of subscriber management systems for broadband networks.

In addition, Verizon will implement Redback’s NetOp SMS element manager to simplify network management tasks such as flow through provisioning.
