Qwest sues AT&T over alleged billing inaccuracies

Qwest Communications has filed suit in federal district court against AT&T, alleging that the interexchange carrier supplied inaccurate billing data that caused the RBOC to under bill by millions of dollars, the Wall Street Journal has reported. Qwest is seeking as much as $20 million in damages, the paper said.
