Primedia Business Telecommunications Properties Re-Aligned
Kansas City, MO – August 28, 2002 – PRIMEDIA Inc. (NYSE: PRM), the leading targeted media company, announces today a re-alignment of its telecommunications properties - Telephony and Wireless Review will be led by Primedia Business Vice President Pete May, and Vice President Margaret Pederson will assume responsibility for Mobile Radio Technology and RF Design. Due to the restructure, Vice President, Communications Larry Lannon will be leaving the company, and that position has been eliminated.
