OSI lands Dickey deal

Optical Solutions Inc. said it has signed a deal with Dickey Rural Networks, an 11,300-line telco in North Dakota, to provide fiber to the home systems to several communities throughout a 2500 square mile region of southeastern North Dakota. Dickey will deploy OSI’s FiberPath 500, a gigabit passive optical network platform. Dickey is currently deploying FiberPath in Lisbon and Oakes with construction in Ellendale and Kulm scheduled to start next spring.
