Orca swims to SeaChange
Orca Interactive and SeaChange International signed a joint sales and marketing agreement targeted at VOD opportunities. Specifically, the companies will market SeaChange’s VOD system integration with Orca’s middlware to telcos on a global basis and cable operators outside of North America.
