Occam lands another IOC
Occam Networks announced that Citizens Telephone Cooperative has selected its BLC 6000 System to provide voice and data services to subscribers. Citizens, which is using Rural Utilities Service funds to buy the Occam gear, has plans to begin offering video services over the same equipment. The win provides continued momentum for Occam, which in late July announced that Fairpoint Communications would use the BLC 6000 to provide triple-play services.
