Nortel, NCR expand distribution agreement
NCR’s customer services unit and Nortel Networks have expanded a six-year, $100 million contract to include support of Nortel’s optical equipment and carrier products in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

NCR last year agreed to provide Nortel first-line maintenance services for optical and carrier products in those same regions.
As part of the expanded contract, NCR will provide Nortel remote services, including fault management, resource control and inventory planning and spare-parts management.
