In this position, Miller will oversee all AOL products, including the company’s flagship ISP service. Before joining AOL, Miller served as CEO of USA Interactive’s USA Information and Services division, which included businesses such as Ticketmaster, Citysearch and Expedia.com.

Miller takes over from Robert Pittman, former AOL Time Warner COO, who resigned in July under investor pressure over the company’s poor performance since it was formed by the merger of AOL and Time Warner.
