Natural convergence appoints CEO

Voice over IP software vendor Natural Convergence named Daniel Milliard as its new CEO, replacing co-founder David Cork, who will move to the COO slot. Milliard previously was CEO of Group Telecom, where he grew the company from $2 million in revenue to more than $200 million in three years. Milliard also was president and COO of Hyperion Communications, the former CLEC owned by cable operator Adelphia.
