MFN seeks to revise bond payments
Struggling metropolitan fiber provider Metromedia Fiber Network said it will seek to amend the indentures of its 10% senior notes due 2008 and its 10% senior notes due 2009.

The company must amend the indentures to obtain $200 million in vendor financing. By obtaining that financing the MFN would meet one condition of Citicorp USA’s proposal to purchase $62.5 million in bonds.
