MFN gets new CFO
Just days after closing a much-needed $611 million funding package, Metromedia Fiber Network has named Randall Lay to the position of chief financial officer.

Lay previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for International Specialty Products. He replaces Jerry Benedetto, who is leaving “to pursue other opportunities.” Benedetto will stay with MFN until January 2002 to assist in the transition.
