Laurel names new CEO
Edge routing vendor Laurel Networks has appointed former Juniper Networks’ executive Don Pyle to the CEO post. Pyle, who has been on Laurel’s board since last year, succeeds co-founder Atul Bansal, who will stay on as president and COO. Pyle was vice president of North American sales for Juniper for the past six years. Prior to that he was at Cisco Systems and StrataCom before its acquisition by Cisco.
