IP set-tops ready for leap
Driven largely by telco-supplied video service, the IP/DSL set-top box market will reach more than seven million units and $700 million in revenue by 2007, according to In-Stat/MDR. Vendors shipped just north of 100,000 units last year. Most of the activity is coming from Europe and Asia, the company said.
