Ikanos goes over 1 mil
Ikanos Communications said that it has shipped more than 1 million ports of its SmartLeap programmable VDSL-DMT chipsets. Additionally, the company reported an increase in global sales of more than 200% since the ANSI T1E1.4 Working Group and the IEEE 802.3ah Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) Task Force named DMT as the line-coding standard for VDSL.
