ICTV inks Grande deal
ICTV announced that Grande Communications has selected its HeadendWare for deployment to Grande digital cable customers. Under terms of the deal, Grande will use the HeadendWare platform to deliver a variety of next-generation television services, including interactive games, local entertainment, news content and customer care information. Grande initially will launch ICTV with the delivery of free and premium level games over its network serving the San Marcos, Texas, area. Additional services and communities will be added in the near future.
