FTTH goes into wholesale video

Tut Systems announced that one of its marquee customers, FTTH Communications, is launching a new wholesale video service for telcos, cable operators and municipalities in the upper Midwest. FTTH, which provides triple play services in Minnesota, plans to offer broadcast TV and video-on-demand to carriers using video processing technology from Tut and Kasenna. The company has chosen ViewNow as the aggregator for VOD content.
