FERC Chairman to Leave
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman James Hoecker announced he will leave his post on Jan. 18. Hoecker has served as chairman for more than three years. Hoecker's term was not up until fall 2001. Hoecker did not give a reason for leaving or plans for the future.
