CTE strikes EchoStar deal
Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises EchoStar Communications announced an agreement under which CTE will resell EchoStar's Dish Network satellite TV services to consumers in CTE’s combined services footprint. CTE, which operates as Commonwealth Telephone Co. in some areas and CTSI in others, will bundle the Dish service with DSL, local and long-distance in the first quarter of 2005.
