All three divisions incorporate acquisitions made during the last three years and will be located in geographic disparate regions outside of C-Cor.net’s 50-year-old State College, Pa., headquarters.

“We’ve integrated eight acquisitions which added to the capabilities that we developed internally, and we’ve reorganized along the main three business lines that we have as part of our strategic plan,” said Dave Woodle, C-Cor.net’s chairman/CEO. “Not only do we have the right products and capabilities in each of those three, but we also have some key business leaders ... that can take each of our business areas forward.”

Broadband Communications, built primarily from the recent acquisition of ADC’s broadband communications group, is headquartered in Meriden, Conn. John Caezza, who headed that group for ADC, will oversee that group as president.

Broadband Management Solutions will be located in Pleasanton, Calif., under the presidency of Douglas Engerman.

The Technical Services division will be located in Lakewood, Colo., under the guidance of President Paul Janson.

“Overall, strategically, I think we’re in good shape,” Woodle continued. “We were 95% RF three years ago, and we felt that was our business that won’t go away, but will be a smaller percent. I think we’re seeing the plan taking place.”

Woodle also reported the company is meeting or exceeding its revenue guidance and has a $100 million cash balance.
