BellSouth fills out Mississippi DSL with Alcatel
Alcatel said its has been picked by BellSouth to provide DSL equipment to complete 100% coverage for all of BellSouth's central offices in Mississippi. BellSouth will used Alcatel's 7300 Advanced Services Access Manager (ASAM) DSL platform in the deployment. BellSouth has signed similar deals with BellSouth in Georgia and South Carolina.
