Balmoris to join SBC Communications
Michael Balmoris, public affairs and wireline liaison for the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau, will join SBC Communications at the RBOC’s executive director of public affairs in its Washington, D.C. office, SBC announced today. On July 12, Balmoris will begin his new duties, which will include communicating the carrier’s position on regulatory and legislative issues to the media.
