USTelecom and Connected Planet Announce June 22 Symposium: Building a Better Internet

To be held in Washington, D.C., the event will explore consumer expectations for the Internet, domestic and International efforts to expand broadband, and ways of creating a more efficient Internet for delivering a broad range of current and new services to consumers and businesses.

APRIL 26, 2010 (Washington, D.C. and Chicago, Ill.) – USTelecom and Connected Planet will hold an interactive symposium on June 22 in Washington, D.C. to explore the changing Internet from a business and consumer perspective. Building a Better Internet will take place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C. The symposium will provide in-depth looks at consumer expectations for the Internet, domestic and International efforts to expand broadband, and ways of creating a more efficient Internet for delivering a broad range of current and new services to consumers and businesses. Experts and audience members will have the opportunity to probe these topics with the presenters in interactive discussions during this day-long event.
