Winstar keeps wooing government
Winstar won its ninth government contract - this time in the metropolitan area of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. Winstar will offer data and local switched voice to government users and will share the contract, worth up to $470 million over eight years, with Southwestern Bell and AT&T.
