Next Level signed purchase agreements with 19 LECs for its unified access platform. The deals - most with small companies such as Blue Earth Telephone, Ace Telephone and Home Telephone of Illinois - come after Qwest, Next Level's largest VDSL customer, announced it would seek reduced prices for broadband video equipment.
