VXCOs

These low jitter J-type voltage controlled crystal oscillators come in frequencies from 1.024 to 170 MHz. Features include 3.3 or 5.0 V options and tri-state output enable/disable. Typical jitter performance is <0.5 ps rms at the output frequency for the CMOS version and <1 ps rms for the PECL version. They come in a six-pin J-lead ceramic package and are hermetically sealed with a grounded conductive lid. Vectron International www.vectron.com
