Voltage supervisor ICs
The MIC2779 voltage supervisor IC detects battery conditions in portable devices. Features include 140 ms pulse generator to prevent output chatter, 1.5 to 5.5 V operating range and a temperature range of -40 to 85 C. Input and output can be pulled above VDD without adverse effects. ñ1% or ñ2% accuracy grades are available. It costs 72cents in 1000-piece quantities.
