VoIP moves down the commercial food chain; Minnesota town bundles up

StarVox introduced a voice-over-IP application that lets broadband service providers deliver VoIP-based virtual PBX services to small and mid-sized companies and branch offices. StarVox's telephony product suite enables service providers to offer local and long-distance calling, private network calling and virtual PBX services over a managed IP network.
