Motorola faces possible suits from Iridium creditors

A bankruptcy court judge last week approved an agreement between Iridium creditors to form a company to manage litigation against Motorola, the primary backer of the failed satellite communications provider. The creditors claim Motorola structured deals with Iridium that overpaid the wireless equipment vendor for services provided to Iridium. Motorola claims no liability.
