Money for OSS; Payback time

Hosted OSS provider Synchronoss Technologies completed its first round of funding of $34 million from six investment firms, which include ABS Ventures, Rosewood Venture Group, Ascent Venture Partners, Adam Street Partners, Liberty Ventures and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. The money will be used to expand market and product development for the company's ActivationNow OSS platform. Synchronoss has customer agreements with AT&T, Qwest Communications and WorldCom.
