The SQ-0003 phase shifter provides 0 to 120 degrees minimum phase shift over the 1930 to 1990 MHz frequency range. It is designed for use in feed-forward linear amplifier circuits and features a switching speed of 10 nsec. Maximum insertion loss is 3.0 dB and VSWR is 1.7-to-1 maximum. Phase flatness is +/-8 degrees maximum and insertion loss change vs. phase shift is within 0.75 dB.
