Meters and sensors

EPM-P single- and dual-channel power meters provide a measurement speed over the GPIB of more than 500 corrected readings per second. The meters' 20 M sample/s continuous sampling rate allows for profiling of modulation formats up to 5 MHz of bandwidth. The E9320 power sensors have a frequency range from 50 MHz to 6 or 18 GHz and in 300 kHz, 1.5 and 5 MHz bandwidths. Each sensor has three bandwidth settings and two measurement paths: normal for modulated signals and time-gated measurements and average only for average power measurements between -65 and -20 dBm. The EPM-P power meters cost $3500, and the E9300 power sensors start at $1500. Agilent Technologies www.agilent.com
