SCC Communications' news clearinghouse division will handle data management of enhanced 911 services for MediaOne's 26,000 current cable telephony subscribers. SCC provides 911 OSSs to ILECs, CLECs and wireless carriers serving more than 1.5 million subscribers in the U.S.
