Link Networks warns of shutdown; Allied Riser plans buyback

@Link Networks told businesses in the Midwest last week to expect an imminent shut off of its high-speed Internet access. @Link Networks recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and has begun to liquidate its assets; creditors now control the company.
