Iridium system could avoid crash after all
Iridium has endorsed a $25 million bid for its $5 billion satellite system from a group that is led by Dan Colussy, an ex-airline executive. While Iridium has received a number of other offers since it declared bankruptcy in August 1999, this is the first one it has endorsed as having potential.
